Cacao Almond Grounding Bites Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder
- ¼ cup almond butter (or cashew butter for a lighter flavor)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (for fiber and hormone support)
- ½ tsp cinnamon (blood sugar stabilizer)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 1 tsp maca powder or magnesium powder
- Optional: Dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs (for crunch and mood support)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until it forms a dough-like consistency.
