“Orange Creamsicle” High Protein Smoothie (30–40 g protein)

A nostalgic, creamy blend with 30–40 g of protein—perfect post-workout or anytime. Mix almond milk, mango or orange, protein, and collagen for a refreshing boost with optional gut-friendly add-ins.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (other milks are OK)
  • ¾ cup frozen mango or orange segments (or ½ cup OJ + ice)
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder (20–25 g protein)
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (15 g)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional for GI support: 1 Tbsp ground flax or chia;  ½ tsp cinnamon or a pinch of ginger

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until creamy.

Why We Love This Recipe

  • Great post-lifting or any meal.
  • Protein: ~30–40 g (varies with milk/protein used)
  • Vitamin C: fruit/juice gives ~60–120 mg (add 250 mg vitamin C powder if you want to standardize)
