Ingredients
- 10–12 oz hot (not boiling) green tea or ginger tea
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (10–15 g)
- 1–2 tsp lemon juice + thin lemon slice
- 1 tsp honey or monk fruit to taste
- Optional: splash favorite milk for creaminess

- Stir in collagen once tea is ~150–160°F so it dissolves smoothly.
