Brooke Renick is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health in 2017, with a foundation in anatomy, physiology, pathology and ethics that shapes how she approaches every session.
Working inside a pelvic health practice changes what massage can do. Brooke sees patients who are recovering from surgery, managing swelling that has not resolved on its own, carrying a pregnancy that has changed how their body moves, or living with tension that has not responded to anything else. Many are also working with our physical therapists, which means Brooke's work is informed by what is actually happening underneath rather than guessed at from the surface.
Her training spans prenatal massage, craniosacral therapy, Swedish and deep tissue work, reflexology, and the Ayurvedic traditions of Abhyanga, Shirodhara and Marma. She is also a Level II Reiki practitioner.
Brooke's sessions start with a conversation — your history, any surgeries, what you are hoping to change — before any hands-on work begins.
Brooke's training spans clinical and traditional bodywork — bringing an anatomy-led approach to pregnancy, recovery and chronic tension, informed by working alongside pelvic floor physical therapists every day.
