Men's Pelvic Floor Therapy & Wellness

We Understand Pelvic Pain in Men. It's Serious, Sensitive, and Too Often Overlooked.

Most men seeking men's pelvic floor therapy have already spent months — sometimes years — cycling through antibiotics and urology appointments with no real answers. The pain keeps coming back. The symptoms don't fully resolve. And nobody seems to know why.

Your symptoms are not random. They're messages.

At Pelvicore Rehab & Wellness, we specialize in men's pelvic floor therapy — identifying what's actually driving your pain and treating it at the source.

What We Treat

Men come to Pelvicore for pelvic floor therapy with symptoms that have often been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or poorly managed for years. We treat:

What Our Patients Say

“I was referred to Pelvicore rehab for persistent pain in the tip of my penis. I had been to several doctors and had been through too many rounds of antibiotics. At times the pain improved slightly but always returned. I had other medical conditions which complicated the situation. Someone recommended I try pelvic floor physical therapy. Once I met Susan my life changed. She discovered that I had many trigger points in very deep muscles that were referring pain to the tip of my penis. Over a few sessions Susan released the trigger points and taught me how to continue to manage them on my own. The pain is gone and my life has changed! My focus is no longer managing my pain but rather living my life." Paul D.

"I cannot say enough good things about Pelvicore Rehab. After numerous doctor visits that ended in negative results and no clear diagnosis, I finally found Pelvicore and met therapist Jaime Greene. Jaime was able to identify the root of my issues and guided me into a program that truly eased the pain and discomfort I had been living with. I honestly feel she saved my life. Recently, I have also been working with their massage therapist Arina Wright, who immediately relieved pain from a bulging disc in my back that was causing discomfort down my right leg. Additionally, I’ve met Susan Winograd, who, even though I haven’t worked with her directly, has been incredibly kind and proactive in helping me find additional support for my back issues. I also want to mention Iris, who handles billing—she is consistently kind, helpful, and caring. The entire Pelvicore staff is unlike any I’ve ever encountered; their professionalism, empathy, and dedication are unmatched. I owe them everything and cannot recommend them highly enough. Simply put, they are the best." Brian H.

"Susan is an absolute professional and was a practical savior in her approach helping diagnose the tightness of my pelvic floor which was the underlying problem after recovery from a prostate procedure and in my overall quest for complete self care. Thank you, Susan." W.T.

"Susan and Jaime are two very very skilled pelvic floor physical therapists. I was fortunate enough to be treated by both of them and would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with low back/pelvic pain. I have had testicular pain/discomfort since I was a kid and pretty much thought this was something I just had to deal with. Within a few sessions I was seeing 80% improvement. Today was my last scheduled session and I am happy to say I am 95 if not 100% better. I cant thank them enough for how much they have helped me." J.A.

She's been featured in Peloton, Fit + Well, and numerous health podcasts for her whole-body, non-surgical approach to pelvic health.

Her approach is thorough, judgment-free, and built around one question: what is your body actually telling us?

FAQs

Is pelvic floor therapy really for men?

Yes — and it's more common than most men realize. Pelvic floor dysfunction affects men of all ages and is a leading cause of chronic pelvic pain, bladder leaking, and sexual dysfunction. The pelvic floor is a muscle group, and like any muscle, it can become tight, weak, or uncoordinated. Men benefit from pelvic floor therapy just as much as women do.

Quite possibly. Research shows that up to 90% of men diagnosed with chronic prostatitis actually have Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS) — a musculoskeletal condition, not a bacterial one. If you've been through multiple rounds of antibiotics with no lasting relief, pelvic floor dysfunction may be the real cause. A comprehensive evaluation at Pelvicore can determine what's actually driving your symptoms.

Your first visit is a thorough, 90-minute one-on-one evaluation. We'll go through your full health history, discuss your symptoms in detail, and conduct a physical assessment to identify the source of your pain or dysfunction. Everything is explained as we go, nothing is rushed, and you're always in control. From there, we build a personalized treatment plan.

It depends on your symptoms and what the evaluation indicates. For many men, an internal assessment provides the most accurate picture of pelvic floor function — but it's always discussed with you in advance, fully explained, and completely consensual. You will never be asked to do anything without understanding why.

It varies by condition and severity, but most patients begin noticing meaningful improvement within a few sessions. We'll give you a realistic sense of what to expect after your initial evaluation, so you're never left guessing about your progress or your timeline.

We are an out-of-network provider. Many patients are able to use their out-of-network benefits, HSA, or FSA to offset costs. We're happy to discuss rates and provide a good-faith estimate — just bring it up on your discovery call, and we'll walk you through it.

Never. We treat men with these exact concerns every day. Susan and her team have built this practice specifically to be a judgment-free space for issues that are difficult to talk about — that's the whole point. The men who reach out are the ones who stop managing and start healing.
