Kelley Maple, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in hormone replacement therapy, regenerative medicine, aesthetic medicine, and functional and integrative health. She is the founder of the KM Health Collective — an educational platform dedicated to helping women understand and embrace the changes of midlife with knowledge, confidence, and empowerment.

Kelley's commitment to advancing patient care has placed her at the forefront of several rapidly evolving fields in medicine. She is an active member of the North American Menopause Society and has completed extensive advanced training in functional and integrative medicine through both the A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine) and the SSRP Institute — equipping her with a comprehensive, evidence-based toolkit for addressing the complex hormonal and physiological changes that accompany midlife in both women and men.

At Pelvicore, Kelley works in close collaboration with Susan Winograd PT and the clinical team to provide patients with a truly integrated approach to their health.
