Warm Citrus-Ginger Collagen “Tea Latte”

Light and tangy with 12–15 g of collagen—perfect 30–60 minutes before training. Mix cherry juice, lime, and a pinch of salt for tendon support and a natural vitamin C boost.

Ingredients

  • 10–12 oz hot (not boiling) green tea or ginger tea
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (10–15 g)
  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice + thin lemon slice
  • 1 tsp honey or monk fruit to taste
  • Optional: splash favorite milk for creaminess

Instructions

  1. Stir in collagen once tea is ~150–160°F so it dissolves smoothly.
