Your symptoms are real. And they're connected.

Pelvic pain, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, and chronic fatigue rarely have just one cause. Susan takes a whole-body approach to women's health that gets to the root of what's actually going on — not just the surface symptoms.

💡 Did you know that over 600,000 hysterectomies are performed every year in the U.S.?

For many women, a hysterectomy is recommended for benign conditions like prolapse, incontinence, or pelvic pain. But here’s something many don’t realize: Pelvic floor physical therapy can often reduce or even prevent the need for surgery.

As physical therapists, we can:
✔️ Strengthen and support the pelvic floor muscles
✔️ Improve alignment and function of the pelvic organs
✔️ Help women prepare for surgery (if it truly is needed)
✔️ Empower patients with tools for long-term health

✨ Before you make a decision about surgery, make sure you explore your options. Knowledge is power.

If you’ve been told you may need a hysterectomy, consider consulting with a pelvic floor physical therapist first—you may be surprised by what’s possible.
