Are you experiencing leaking when you laugh, constipation, pelvic pressure, or unexplained pain? These may be signs that something is going on with your pelvic floor. In this video, pelvic health expert Susan Winograd, PT, owner of Pelvicore Rehab and Wellness, explains the “4 Ps” of pelvic floor dysfunction:

1. Pee – leaking, urgency, frequency, or hesitancy
2. Poop – constipation, incomplete evacuation, or fecal incontinence
3. Pressure – heaviness, prolapse, or a “falling out” sensation
4. Pain – pelvic pain, pain with intimacy, back, hip, or groin pain

What’s common is not always normal—and you don’t have to live with these symptoms. Pelvic floor physical therapy can help you restore function, reduce pain, and reclaim your quality of life.
