Watch this video to learn how the diaphragm, the pelvic floor, the transverse abdominus, and the mutifidus muscles coordinate together to form our deep core.


The deep core is a coordinated system of pressure exchange that is led by the breath to helps us manage intra-abdominal pressure.


This is a foundational concept to understand pelvic health and to prevent urinary leaking, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, constipation, fecal incontinence, and all function related to bowel, bladder and sexual health.
